Build your first no-code agent in five steps

Pick one job with a clear finish line. "Qualify each new lead and post a summary in Slack" works. "Help with sales" does not.
Write the instructions like a brief. State the goal, the inputs, the tone, what done looks like and what the agent must never do.
Connect only the apps it needs, with the narrowest permissions. Start read only and add write access once you trust it.
Test on ten real examples, not one. Read every output and note where it goes wrong.
